1. Introduction

These Terms of Use and General Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of services provided by BI-CAR TRANSFER TRANSPORT through Zurich-AirportTransfer.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them thoroughly before engaging with our services.


2. Scope of Services

BI-CAR TRANSFER TRANSPORT provides professional chauffeur and airport transfer services in Zurich and surrounding areas. These services are offered to individuals, businesses, and groups requiring reliable and high-standard transportation. The services we offer include, but are not limited to:

  • Airport transfers to and from Zurich Airport (ZRH).
  • Hourly chauffeur services.
  • Special event transport, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, and private functions.
  • Long-distance transfers within Switzerland and international destinations by prior arrangement.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that we provide these services in compliance with Swiss regulations, and are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards.


3. Booking Procedure

3.1 Reservation
Bookings for services must be made via the Company’s official website, email, or telephone. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request.

3.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking, the Customer will receive a written confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation will include all relevant details such as the vehicle type, scheduled pick-up time, and location. The booking is only considered confirmed once the Customer has received the confirmation.

3.3 Modifications and Cancellations
Any changes to a booking, including the pick-up location, time, or vehicle type, must be communicated to the Company no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. Additional charges may apply for modifications. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee, as detailed in Section 5.


4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing
Prices for services are outlined on the Company’s website and are subject to variation based on factors such as vehicle type, travel distance, time of service, and any additional special requests. Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment
The Company accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash to the driver at the end of the service. Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Additional Charges
The following charges may apply in the event that they are required:

  • Waiting time beyond the allocated period.
  • Extra stops or detours requested by the Customer.
  • Special requirements such as child seats, luggage assistance, pets, etc.
  • Any modifications made after the booking has been confirmed.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge for any additional services not initially agreed upon.

4.4 Taxes and Fees
All prices listed are subject to applicable local taxes, which will be included in the final invoice.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation: The full service cost will be charged.

5.2 Company Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or road closures. In such cases, the Customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and will be offered either an alternative booking or a full refund.


6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 On-Time Arrival
The Customer is responsible for being at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time. If the Customer is delayed, additional charges may apply for waiting time.

6.2 Luggage and Special Requests
The Customer must ensure that all luggage is accounted for and is within the size and weight limitations set by the Company. Special requests such as child seats, luggage assistance, or pets must be confirmed at the time of booking.

6.3 Behavior and Conduct
The Customer agrees to behave in a respectful and courteous manner while in the vehicle. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances in the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The Customer will be responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by themselves or their companions.

6.4 Lost Property
The Company is not liable for any personal belongings left behind in the vehicle. If an item is found, it will be returned to the Customer at their cost, subject to verification of ownership.


7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Service Limitations
While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure the timeliness and quality of its services, it is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, accidents, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

7.2 Liability for Damages
The Company’s liability is limited to the total cost paid for the specific service rendered. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7.3 Vehicle Condition
The Company guarantees that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. However, the Company is not responsible for any personal discomfort or inconvenience caused by unforeseen vehicle issues.


8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Data Collection
The Company collects personal data such as the Customer’s name, contact details, payment information, and travel preferences in order to provide and improve services. This data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8.2 Data Sharing
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill the Customer’s booking (such as providing details to the driver or for payment processing).

8.3 Data Security
The Company implements appropriate security measures to protect the Customer’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.


9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
